Giving them two since Cathy was so sweet. Morgan Skaggs on the other hand rejected my application despite my electric threatening to get shut off. According to her, I never told them I haven’t been working since the beginning of this year (I sent emails letting them know that before my due date of the application as well as my only pay stub) and essentially told me there was nothing she could do for me. I did everything I was told to do, and I even went back to the only job I had this year to get the only pay stub I ever received from them just to be told it wasn’t enough. I’ll admit it, I was emotional when talking to Morgan. My electric is going to be shut off today and I can’t afford to pay it at the moment. With the cost of surviving lately I was overwhelmed and I’ll admit I wasn’t the nicest. But to be gaslit into thinking I didn’t do what I was supposed to is just wrong. I know this won’t affect them the same way it affected me today, but I hope the universe does its thing with Karma.

The lady I spoke with was definitely wanting me to beg for help and when I let her know that we shouldn't have to beg to get help she got even more rude and said that she can talk to me anyway she pleases and then hung up the phone on me. I have contacted everybody I can imagine to contact for the last year and a half and having a son with special needs this has been very difficult I don't perceive these folks to ever be able to help as they will break you down to the point where you don't want any help because it's not worth it
Everytime I call which has been 16 times today! They don’t answer send u to vm. Everything is computer generated and just never works. Welcome to 2025
