**Review for JCC YMCA:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is the dirtiest JCC YMCA I have ever seen, and it's clear why it is. The only functional shower is in a completely unsanitary condition. The tiles are stained and covered in grime, with visible mold along the lower walls and floor. Soap scum and residue are everywhere, and there's even a significant accumulation of hair and debris in one section. It's obvious that proper cleaning and maintenance are severely lacking here. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards at this facility.

We are brand new members but don’t intend to stay. Agree with the other reviews that staff members are quite rude and unprofessional. Front desk staff are unwelcoming and lack basic customer service skills. They need training. The facility is outdated and run down. All around a very underwhelming experience. The young pool staff is always friendly and the kids area at the pool is nice.

Do not support!! On January 14, I went into the facility for the very first time. A family member of ours made us a membership since we were new to the area and paid it for six months. We never used the membership or even picked up our cards. I went in that day to address a past due bill that we had because our family member stopped paying on it and we wanted to get it canceled. When I walked in, I asked for a manager or a supervisor because I knew the front desk lady could not address my issue. Instead, the front desk lady had to keep going back-and-forth communicating my issue to the supervisor because she decided she was not going to leave her office and come speak to me. I was very patient and actually surprised that they were willing to waive our past due balance and close our account with really no trouble at all. The Lady at the front desk make it very clear to me that they normally do not do this, And are not able to even close an account unless it’s current. And she told me that the supervisor said she would only waive our past due balance of $85.12 because we never picked up our cards. So they were paid for six months of services that were never utilized even one time. I thought it was a wonderful experience. I asked for a receipt to show that the account was closed and current and she said that the supervisor had it on her list of things to do for the day, but gave me her business card if I had any trouble. Fast-forward almost 3 months later, We receive a letter in the mail that our account is now closed and that we have a past due balance of $85.12 and that if we do not pay it within the next 30 days it’s going to collections. Completely confused as to why I call and Ask for a supervisor and she tells me that the front desk lady told me that they would close my account, but I still had to pay the bill.. If that was just communicated to me I would’ve paid it that day because that’s why I went in person because I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone. Instead, the supervisor advises me that I’m a liar, no one would ever tell me that they would wipe away my past due balance. So I asked to speak to the director who did not answer my phone call and who has not called me back. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! POORLY MANAGED, And to think it’s OK to jeopardize someone’s perfect credit over an $85 bill is ridiculous!! This could have been resolved, almost 3 months ago had the supervisor came out to the front lobby and did her job! And the note yes, we paid the past due balance and it is current!!!

The woman working at the desk is EXTREMELY rude speaking to people. I have sat and heard her rudely berate a young man now for almost 20 minutes over a membership issue. She even loudly accused him of sneaking in. No matter the issue, a professional individual should never speak to another in this disrespectful manner. Absolutely not living up to the Christian values the YMCA is founded upon. She is a poor representative for this organization and is making the check-in disorganized with her attitude and gate keeping the scanner. Disappointing to see.

It’s a rarity if the kid zone opens on time. Consistently disappointed and have to wait for the staff to roll in at their leisure. Wellness center is updated but the facilities are routinely disgusting and not clean. Whole place needs some management.
