For a month, I had asked why my son's butt was not wiped at all (he JUST turned three). The last message I sent through their app was a picture of his bum with poop not even remotely wiped from him. More often than not, I took my son home wet and they indicated that they had no idea when he had an accident. They also were often not able definitively tell me whether my son took a nap or even ate his food. The staff turnover is ridiculous. My son, who stayed for about 3 months at the facility, was never able to fully adjust because teachers were constantly coming and going... A few days after he was moved to a different daycare, he indicated that he was restrained during nap-time and that was the last straw. OCFS was contacted and sent the photo and contact I had with them. OH, and there are not camera's in any of the classrooms (at least not in the Clifton Park location). My son was pulled from the daycare about 2 weeks ago.

I think it's funny that all of the horrible reviews take place very recently. Some of these people reviewing recently don't even have children at the daycare and never did, their reviews are based on information from someone else! It's obviously someone trying to slander, whether it be a disgruntled employee or a parent that didn't pay their bill, who knows.... I know one thing, this daycare is amazing! The owner and her staff work very hard at making it a very positive, fun, enriching environment. I see all of the wonderful things that they do with the children and I have seen many posts by parents who say that this place had a very positive effect on their child. As far as a kid getting hurt, kids are always falling or getting hurt, they run, they jump, they climb! You can't prevent your kid from ever getting hurt and you know it, no matter how vigilant you are. My daughter had stitches in her head from falling at school when she was in kindergarten, she fell on the playground! Stop with the evil reviews and trying to slander this place. It's obvious that it's untrue, there are cameras in the classrooms that the parents can access from their smart phone! you just look stupid.

This school is amazing ! Two locations ! Pick up and drop off service! Free access to the cameras in the classrooms with a app from your phone ! Eduction is amazing and the teachers make it fun and a safe environment! Daily updates on a app called hi Mama ! Picture updates of what your child is doing ALL day long! And being able to communicate with the teachers any time of the day ! Best experience for any child ! No bullying and no nonsense school !

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME....my toddler loves it here and so do I. She started on her 3rd birthday and they allowed me to bring cupcakes ands ice cream for the class. STAFF is so amazing an the owner jazmin is great. I love the app hi mama that updates you on your child's day including photos of thw2m which is very refreshing for me since my daughter has never been in a center only with family for care so i can work. Im so glad they offer transportation and music lessons it a win win... DON'T look any further for your 3-5 year old a daycare this is the place...

The horror stories I have seen on social media via screenshots and heard from those I know with children at this facility are appalling to say the least. Staff who formerly worked there have said children are not properly cared for, the food provided to the children is a joke, music lessons not provided as stated, and the owner getting into messy and inappropriate online battles with anyone who didn’t agree with her, including the removal of those who posted poor reviews. While I do not believe that everyone has had a negative experience with this daycare center, seeing how many people have caused great concern for me and should for you as well.
