Initially, this was a 5 star experience. We sent our infant over here and her first teacher was incredible. Mrs. Miriam, I believe was her name. Not only did she take great care of our child, but it was very obvious that she took great care of all of the kids in her classroom. But when that teacher transferred to a different part of the facility, it spiraled downward with the quickness, and not just because my child had another teacher. Over the course of a month, my infant was not properly feed her formula, did not have her diaper changed regularly, and the declining quality of care was due to multiple violations of teacher to children ratio. They are required to inform parents of these types of violations and when they were written up for two ratio infractions in two weeks, we knew it wasnt going to improve within a time period we would be willing to wait. I get the industry is suffering from labor issues, as is practically all industries, but doing the bare minimum for child care is not enough for the kid and the parents. And missing out on my baby's meal during this critical stage of development is unacceptable. Thankfully, we were able to transistion to another day care very quickly. I'm grateful for how Mrs. Miriam took my kid in and gave her the quality of care and attention she did, but as a facility, as a whole, I cannot recommend this place. Having had three different directors in 2 months and multiple teacher to children ratio violations wasn't assuring, but not giving my baby her formula didn't do them any favors.

Worst daycare I have ever seen. They have no patience for the children, immediately want them to be picked up. They do not know how to direct or redirect children. They do not properly care for the children. They lack any training on how to engage children of different age groups. They do not provide adequate or safe care. I give them a zero. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! They should be closed down in my opinion.

My son started attending since he was 5 months and we have never been apart from each other. So I was very hard on other daycare but they have made transition very easy as well as build my son social skills. Their Very great at answering new mom questions

My sons first day was yesterday I dropped him off probably around 6:45 am. My mom and step dad went to pick him up three hours later since they had both got off work early. When they arrived my mom handed a woman her ID and the woman didn’t even check to make sure she was in the pick up list and she didn’t even ask for my step dads ID. My mom asked how my sons day was and the lady told her he said he was shy. My son is 1 and a half he wouldn’t have said that. They then bring my mom the wrong child, this child was 3 or 4 so he was clearly in a different classroom. When my mom had mentioned she works in childcare she was rushed out of the door. They didn’t send any of his stuff home with him so I had to go pick it up after work yesterday. Then I called about a refund because I paid for two weeks not just this week. I was told I would get a call back and have yet to receive one. I’ve tried to get into contact with the owner but no luck. I understand that 3 kids started their first day yesterday, however, they were all different ages. There is no reason they should have brought the wrong child out. They didn’t even send a daily report home so I don’t know what he ate for breakfast or when he was changed. I have now placed him in a different daycare, but still would like a refund considering he was only there for 3 hours and this center cannot be trusted. When you’re running a daycare and taking care of someone else’s child throughout the day, you need to be paying more attention to the children and the people who come in to pick them up.
