Great trail option with sufficient parking options. There’s a few ups and downs that can be considered as moderate easy trail. Pretty scenic even in the December. Dog friendly and there’s a quite few kids zones with a large playground and picnic sheds.
Excellent park for organized team sports. Gets very busy on Saturday mornings and can be difficult to find a parking spot. You basically have to wait for someone to leave when games are going on. There is a wonderful trail behind the baseball fields that wanders in the woods. You can get in a full 5K if you’re willing to cross the creek twice.
What a great place to take your family, have a church cookout, or meet a bunch of friends!!
Cool park to take the kids to play when it's really hot outside. It's under a big canopy to stay away from the sun. Tons of cool obstacles for kids to play such as the little rock climbing wall. Very opened area! Even a soccer field right next to it so you can bring a soccer ball to kick around or even play kickball.
More of a venue for weekend soccer games but still a fun place. Has a playground for little ones, wish there was another playground. A food truck would be nice and parking fills up pretty quick.
