However, several parents express concerns about the director's unprofessional communication and demeanor, as well as some issues with staff consistency and classroom ratios.
Great facility and staff! My kiddo went here from age 2.5 to 5 years old. She loved going here. We had several great experiences and miss it! It's been almost a year since my kiddo graduated out of the program and she still talks about her teachers from here. Highly recommend!
My 3 year old has thrived since starting here! He always asks to go back the next day. I feel good about leaving my 2 month old here also. Policies and procedures are very structured to keep kids safe and staff are knowledgeable and caring.
This place is AMAZING! We couldn't be happier taking out son there. He has been going there since bout 5 months old and bounces every time we get out of the car and he sees where we are! All the staff know him by name and say hello and he smiles at them all :) They give a neat little report card of his day and he has learned so much while being there! Every single person I've interacted with has been fantastic and I feel comfortable knowing the kiddo is in good hands everyday!
My son gets a smile every morning I drop him off, he loves it here. The facility is always clean. The child care providers are all really nice. I was nervous to start him there because he had never been watched by strangers, and by day 2 they made him and I feel so welcome that I didn't see them as strangers! I would recommend this place to everyone!
My child didn’t get the chance to attend here but after my second attempt of trying I definitely wouldn’t want him going due to my experience with the director here. Shunta, the director is very unprofessional with how she talks to people and very impatient. These two characteristics are a big red flag for me in childcare so I only imagine how she treats the kids and employees. The first time, I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but the second time a month later her attitude and chose of words definitely confirmed it for me. After getting miscommunication of forms needed to enroll, I spoke with the supervisor for school aged kids who was a complete 360 of Shunta attitude. She was understanding, explained the situation, and also apologized for any inconvenience of the miscommunication so I redid the application with the advice from the supervisor. When shunta called, I tried to advised her of my conversation with the supervisor but 10 seconds later she cut me short and said “So I’m going to just take away and say you don’t need childcare” I said “I do but not right not until I can get the poa needed” She said “Okay Bye”. No other assistance, no polite professional ending. How does a person like this keep a job working with people especially kids. I’ll just keep this in mind when trying to send your child here and having to deal with her. The reviews on Indeed highlight her bad character often as the director which is not a surprise at this point.
