We absolutely love Kharma Care! My high-support-needs autistic son has been attending since they first opened, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust any other place with him. The staff are incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable — they truly feel like family. My son enjoys the sensory room and crash pad, which give him a safe and comforting space when he needs it. The team consistently keeps me updated on his day and progress, which gives me such peace of mind. Kharma Care has helped our family tremendously, and I’m so grateful for the love, understanding, and support they provide every single day.

Kharma Care has been an amazing blessing to our family. My children have been going there for 2 1/2 years. My youngest started in toddlers and my oldest are now in before/after care in the school age classroom. They have always had a wonderful, caring school experience. The staff truly knows and loves them. It’s so much more than a childcare center. They are great with communication, have provided transportation and have been a loving place away from home for my children. The teachers keep them busy all day with fun, engaging activities. They also host school community events and even have a support group for parents of children with special needs. Staff is also very patient and trained to work with children with special needs, which is the case in our family. They were able to accommodate us when in the past, my children have been unwelcome in other centers because of their special needs. I truly could not be a single working parent without Kharma Care.

This is the best daycare in Rochester hands down! My son has been attending Kharma Care since he was one, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff is amazing — they treat us like family and are always kind, caring, and upfront. The daycare provides a safe and welcoming environment where my son can truly be himself and thrive. I’m so grateful for the love and attention they show every day. I highly recommend Kharma Care to any parent looking for a nurturing, trustworthy place for their child to grow.

We have been at Kharma care since the beginning. All three of my kids go here now and I wouldn’t trade trust any other place with my kids. It’s truly a relief to know your kids are in the best hands while you’re at work. They truly make everyday special. My two year old wakes up everyday and says “I wanna go to school and see friends”. Everyday in their classrooms they are doing new activities focusing on different skills. They make every holiday special for the kids. It’s such a close knit community you see the same faces everyday and they have truly become our family. I’m so thankful to have found the perfect daycare for my kids.

I needed child care for my children, and Kharma Care has gone above and beyond to meet every need. Their hours are perfect! they open early and stay open late enough to accommodate my work schedule. They even provide transportation to and from my child’s school (as long as it’s in the area), which has been a huge help. I love how secure and safe the building is. Cameras throughout with doors that lock automatically. Gives you peace of mind as a parent. The staff at Kharma Care are truly amazing—almost like family! They genuinely care about the kids and are always ready to help with any concerns, whether it’s behavioral, speech-related, or anything else. My children absolutely love them. Kharma Care also plans lots of fun field trips and community events that include families, making everyone feel connected. The director really understands the challenges of parenting and goes above and beyond for both the kids and the parents. At Kharma Care, everyone is valued. And of course, we can’t forget Nanna Dreena! she’s the cherry on top! All the kids adore her. She’s truly the center’s very own Nana, and I couldn’t ask for more.
