I was so hesitant to start my daughter at daycare when she was 5 months old. She had previously been with me and then with a family member, so to put her in an environment with people she didn't know and children she didn't know was nervewrecking. Her father and I took a tour of Jack & Jill and we automatically felt at peace. The ladies were very welcoming, the environment was welcoming and we were happy with the securities and systems they had in place. We get updates everyday on the Brightwheel app--from nap times, diaper changes, to pictures of our girl eating and playing! My daughter is 9 months and THRIVING thanks to Jack & Jill and the infant team. She is experiencing new foods, she has learned to crawl and that is all because of the amazing ladies! Finding a place that I could trust with my baby was not my easy, Bianca and the Jack and Jill staff had made it easy for me tho. I can go to work comfortably and receive daily updates. The activities and feedings have helped my baby sit and eat and almost crawl at seven months. I am very happy with their service.
Great service, staff very friendly and attentive for my son. Every time I drop him off he smiles to see any of the ladies which makes us feel relieved and very comfortable leaving him there. Communication is ok if using messages but in-person communication is great. I would recommend this daycare.
We’ve had such a great experience with Jack and Jill ! The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares about the kids. My 2 daughters learn so much — from early learning to social skills — and always comes home happy. The daily updates and photos are a wonderful bonus. I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! From day one the staff have treated my son with genuine care and attention. Every morning he’s excited to go, and every afternoon he comes home happy, well-fed. The teachers are patient, kind, and really take the time to get to know each child. I love the way they keep parents informed with daily updates and photos—it gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. The facility is always clean, safe, and welcoming.
