My children have attended this daycare for 5 years and we absolutely love the staff and management team! So thankful we found this wonderful daycare. We’ve always seen the children well taken care of and given lots of opportunities for field trips during school breaks 🥰
My niece was taken there for a very long time, during her time at this establishment she was a victim of bullying, harassment and with little to no supervision and even being lost once. Children should be taken care of with the upmost responsibility, care and sensitivity. At this place it was my nieces "fault" for being bullied and if that wasn't enough when confronting the director she had the audacity to shift blame on to my 5 year old niece instead of taking responsibility. Lies were when told because my sister commented the situation just to raise an excuse to " invite" my niece to no longer return!! What kind of establishment does that? If they had an issue with my sister for speaking up, why take it out on the child!! This is just the tip of the ice berg!! I would not recommend, run and take you children else where. There is enough negatively in this world, why pay to learn that bullying is okay along with borderline racism and failure to accept responsibility due to " adult" short comings.
I love Jack and Jill since day one. My kids have been in this daycare almost 4 yrs now. They potty trained my children, they teach my children respect, even pray before their meals. I LOVE IT!!!! Ms. Lory and her staff are beyond awesome with my kids and I love how dedicated she is with her Day Care. She truly cares for the well being of my children, my kids love her and never want to leave when I pick them up. She gives them the tools for success and they have improved at home as well since attending her Day Care and I couldn't be more happier. Jack and Jill is such a positive environment for my children. I never feel uncomfortable dropping my kids off with her. THANK YOU, Ms. Lory for being so dedicated and your staff for being well trained and prepared.
It's like a job. 3 strikes you're fired. At the time my child said a word that sounded like the b word. In reality he was saying fish because they where eating gold fish. All the kids told on him and the adult believed the group. My kid was backed in a corner for the first warning but me being the parent I stood up for him and found out he was trying to say FISH while arguing with the adult about what was he doing, explaing why he got the warning(she told me they where eating gold fish). The warning stayed on record even after clearing it up. After that the next warning came up fast. The second warning they basically kick the kid out for a few days and have the parent get out of work and pick them up and won't even let them finish the day. I Didn't even give a chance for the 3rd to happen. This Daycare did give me enough time to find a proper Daycare tho so that is the 1 star.
I Absolutely love this daycare! Came here as a young child and now my children attend here! Lori the owner calls my little ones her grandchildren 😂❤️. The staff there is amazing! They always let me know how my children are doing when I pick them up! I love how Lori will go out of her way to help you when it’s needed most! They are very professional and very clean! My children love coming to daycare, they even tell me to pick them up super late and my children are very picky about who they wanna stay with!
