Ixl Learning Center

We found IXL in 2022 during a time when daycare waitlists were incredibly long and hours were still limited due to pandemic-related staffing shortages. We toured and applied to several programs, but IXL stood out immediately. Throughout the entire process, their communication was clear, timely, and supportive. They kept us informed about each next step, which eased my anxiety tremendously during what felt like a very uncertain time. Since then, we’ve welcomed our second child, and both of our children (now 3.5 years old and almost 2) have attended IXL. We truly couldn’t be happier with the love, compassion, and support the staff provide every single day. When I started a new job and our childcare needs increased to more days per week, IXL worked closely with our family to accommodate the change. Their flexibility and willingness to support us during that transition meant so much and made an already busy time far less stressful. Our 3.5-year-old is naturally shy and takes time to warm up to new people, so the fact that he looks forward to daycare and regularly asks when his daycare days are speaks volumes about how safe and cared for he feels there. Our almost 2-year-old is full of energy and also a total cuddle bug. She walks right in each morning excited to see her teachers and happily reaches for hugs. We are so grateful for the nurturing, supportive environment IXL has created. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the children, and that makes all the difference. We highly recommend IXL to any family looking for a warm, flexible, and trustworthy daycare.

Great caring teachers in every class. The way they care for each child like their own puts me at such ease. I appreciate the regular updates throughout the day and the constant communication. Cannot recommend IXL enough!

I have nothing but great things to say. They are amazing with my kids no matter what teacher it is. They really do care so much and are very good to them.

As of 2018: -they served moldy / old food for lunch (for instance, peaches that were placed next to the trash can because they were old and soggy yet a director cut them up and served them to children) -teachers were not allowed to distribute medication only directors. Which would have been fine, if directors were around. On three different occasions babies had to wait 20 minutes past their scheduled time to get their medication. For one child this was a breathing treatment. -they close the center on days of the year, don’t pay the staff for that day, yet charge the parents making it a straight profit day for the center (for instance, Friday after Thanksgiving) -parents had to supply the center with toilet paper / paper towel / wipes, tissues etc. -they refuse to allow men to work with children under the age of 5 (work place discrimination) I’d recommend sending your children elsewhere. They do strive to be a good learning center and do hire people who love kids but they screw parents with costs and workers with wages. If money and greed or unfresh food being served to your child doesn’t bother you then it’s a nice place. But if you have standards for your family, seek elsewhere.

They are absolutely amazing in every aspect! My daughter started when she was 2 months old and is all smiles when she gets there. Their app gives you the reassurance and peace of mind that she’s getting the best care. The teachers are amazing and their communication is great. Being a first time mom I was super hesitant for her to start daycare but I believe we made the best decision with IXL! Thank you to the staff for all your hard work.
