I would absolutely not recommend this daycare to anyone. My son never even attended this facility, yet the enrollment process alone was a complete nightmare. From the very beginning, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The registration representative, Lisa, was especially difficult to deal with. During a conference call with CCDF, she was openly rude and borderline harassing toward me on the phone. Her tone and behavior were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I made the decision not to move forward with enrolling my son after reading multiple reviews mentioning billing issues and rude staff. Based on my own experience, those concerns appear to be valid. I even sent Lisa an email explaining that I no longer wished to proceed. She initially claimed she never received my email, only to later admit that she did receive it and “felt some type of way” about it. That response alone speaks volumes about the level of professionalism here. To make matters worse, they billed CCDF claiming that my son attended and marked him absent even though he never attended, and I never completed registration paperwork. When I tried to resolve the issue, my calls were ignored, and I was met with more rudeness. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. If this is how they handle families before a child is even enrolled, I can’t imagine what it’s like once you’re locked in. Please consider other options before choosing this daycare. I strongly encourage families to look elsewhere. No need to reply back to the post…. I will just contact Jennifer B to get these absences removed, she is over the Marion area.
Great teachers but staff is less than welcoming and consistently ask for donations despite being IU sponsored and make an incredible profit off the clientele. Oh and their billing department can’t figure out how to properly charge on a recurring basis causing multiple issues. Then when you try to fix it you get to talk to an intern that doesn’t know how to do anything.
Wonderful STEM preschool program.
