I recommend parents do careful research before choosing Kid City USA – Riverview. During our time there, staff turnover was very high and my child never had a consistent teacher. I received frequent calls to pick up my child for age-appropriate behaviors, sometimes shortly after drop-off, while still being charged for the full day. I was also concerned about basic care, including repeated issues with diaper changes that resulted in rashes. This center was not a good fit for our family.

I cannot recommend Kid City USA Riverview enough! My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old, and it’s been almost a year now. While there are other daycare options closer to home, I would never consider taking her out of this amazing place. The staff is incredibly loving, attentive, and truly cares about the children. The teachers are outstanding, when I drop her off she goes right to them no crying or anything! They create such a nurturing environment where my daughter has thrived socially and academically. I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such good hands every day. I’m so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on her and our family. My daughter is here for the long haul & I Highly recommend!

The whole team has been absolutely amazing with our 3 year old son. He’s been going for a little over a year now and the personalized care has been so welcome. They see where he excels and things he needs to work on and they have clear communication with my wife and I about it. Fun events and activities for the kids and a very clean environment. Can’t recommend them enough.

We started with Kid City USA in January of 2023. At first I would have rated it 1 star, maybe. However, through a couple changes of admin and almost completely different staff, it has become an incredible place. The current directorial staff Susan and Jamie are incredible. They CARE. Any time I have brought a concern or had questions, they've taken care of it. Some days I know they've got to be tired of me, but they never show it. I have 3 kids there and they all love their teachers. I hear about how much fun they have every day and my preschooler learns so well there. They do fun activities, themes, and events for the kids and families and my kids love it. This place had a rough start and I was ready to pull my kids out until Susan and Jamie came into the picture. I mean it was night and day the difference they made. The greater part of last year was amazing and I'm glad we gave the new staff a chance. We love it there and know that our kids are loved and cared for really well.

Unprofessional and Unacceptable I am extremely disappointed with Kids City USA daycare. The facility is highly unprofessional and lacks proper communication with parents. Staff members have been dishonest on multiple occasions, and when I requested to speak with the owner, I was denied any contact information, which is completely unacceptable. The daycare is also severely understaffed, and it shows in the lack of attention and care given to the children. The cleanliness of the facility is another major concern — it’s clear that hygiene is not a priority. My children have been consistently sick since enrolling, which I believe is a direct result of the unsanitary conditions. For these reasons, I have decided to immediately transfer my children to a different daycare. I would not recommend Kids City USA to any parent looking for a safe and healthy environment for their children.
