This daycare is under new leadership. Ms. Nelson has over 15 years of experience. She is very qualified and her experience will help to bring high quality childcare to the community. I'm excited about the road ahead.

I think that every parent is different, every parent expectations and standards for a center are not the same. I wanted to inform anyone who is considerating this location that the experience for everyone is different. Don’t make this your first choice if you have higher standards, they are nice to get you in there, but if your a person of standard and a person who pays attention because it is our children this isn’t a welcoming place for that. The director and assistant director are not professional (unqualified for their positions), if you have any issues with anything they are very dismissive, stop maintaining eye contact, the director went as far as starting to use her cell phone when I was letting her know my concerns about them not answering the doorbell (peak heat summer/rain/cold) something I had brought to their attention four times before that, but I continued to be told it was me who clearly was not ringing the bell or was not at the door which was untrue (In August attendants were at the door as I was with six seat roller with the infants in it just banging on the door - both doors, and I was standing there as well waiting - unacceptable). I’ve truly tried having my LO here, but another concern I let them know that they needed to sanitize the center’s classrooms better on a daily basis (having encountered the Janitor numerous times he is not require nor does he clean the classroom floors everyday because my LO has been continuously sick in being there (allowing the children to come to school with viruses and not sending them home) - My LO was never sick outside of a fever from teething in the past and their 2 (My LO has been there since summer. I just saw recently a LO dropped the toy on the hardwood floor and simply put it back in their mouth, the attendant was sitting there at the table it was just two LOs in there as well as a LO in my LO's class who dropped their pacify, the attendant picked it up and put it in their mouth - again this is the hardwood floors in the classroom parents, LOs, teachers and attendants walk on. I informed the director and assistant director of this severe concern about sanitizing the room (whateveee bug continued to go around), as always dismissive, becauseI when there’s a concern as a single parent going back and forth to the urgent care because of the daycare environment is unacceptable, but they want to be free to say what they want even if they aren’t maintaining professionalism. The kids play on the hardwood floor the attendants and parents walk on - keep that in mind. Not to mention if you are not a driving parent you are no longer allowed to leave your car seat or stroller because it’s said to be a fire hazard but the weeks following parents inability to leave the strollers and car seats they put a table and chairs there as if it’s storage space, and still don’t have space for parents to leave their car seats and strollers. They are literally a PAID babysitter, they don’t have a curriculum for the children which if your child is not naturally developing on their own educational they won’t get the enrichment there. They watch more videos, movies, and paint, they don’t have a set curriculum everyday or even weekly. The only plus, the LOs interact so well, she transitioned well with the other kids that’s the only thing I can speak positively on. My LO is not attending there now, she will go somewhere that has an actual education curriculum, and they aren’t extremely condescending because how does any center build if they aren’t listening to the issues of the center or even care enough to fix it.

If no stars was possible I would put ZERO!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LO THERE. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
