The institution maintains appropriate standards of cleanliness and demonstrates strong organization, with well-prepared instructional materials for the children. However, what appears to be overlooked is the most important focus of any educational setting: the children themselves and their social-emotional well-being. The overall climate feels highly punitive in nature, characterized by constant correction, frequent use of phrases such as “Don’t do that!,” and raised voices directed at young children. At times, even an adult can feel intimidated by the tone used. There appears to be limited implementation of positive reinforcement strategies, such as acknowledging appropriate behavior with statements like “Good job,” “You did very well,” or offering encouraging gestures (e.g., a high five). The emphasis seems to be more on discipline and compliance rather than supportive behavior guidance and constructive redirection. On one occasion, I was informed that the institution did not have sufficient staff to appropriately support my daughter’s behavior. My daughter has not been diagnosed with any developmental or behavioral condition. During that period, she consistently expressed distress and resistance about attending school, often crying because she did not want to go. My daughter still remembers her experience there and expresses that she does not want to return. In her current educational placement, she attends school happily each day, speaks positively about her teachers, and after several months, no behavioral concerns have been reported. She is not a different child — she is the same child who was previously the subject of frequent calls from Interfaith, where I would sometimes find her lying on the floor crying. On some mornings, she was not greeted upon arrival. When I requested documentation outlining the concerns regarding her behavior, I was denied access to that information. It is deeply concerning that Hispanic families may experience situations like this, particularly when more than 90% of the student population at that institution is Hispanic.

I am so happy I found this school. My 3 year old is learning so much and I go to work feeling at ease that my child is safe. The security measures are above and beyond. Good communication and excellent staff from front to back. The only down is children are not allowed to bring outside food, that actually might be a plus for some parents.

i had my twins going to this daycare, i used to like it but after 8 months they started calling me everyday to pick my kids at 9 am/11am because of normal children behavior such as getting on top of a chair/ little table, not wanting to pick up something, one time i got there to pick up my son after they called because he went on top of a chair and he was unconsably crying by the front gate by himself, i was devastated and just wanted to get him out of there, it was several episodes that led me to the decision to transfer them to a different school, including this gut feeling of color discrimination,i spoke to different school staff and they all told me this is unacceptable, it’s actually against the law to call parents to pick up kids for other than, kids being sick or being aggressive towards others, which was never the case, This school is not professionally capable of caring for kids starting from the office staff, Teachers thave 0 patience to deal with toddlers ( except for Ms Jennifer Ms kahiah they are great). But the others they want kids to be robots sit and talk only when asked to do so, they want your money but dont want to deal with the kids, im sure its hard to care for several children at the same time, but if you are not mentally capable to do so find somewhere else to work, So think twice before enrolling your kids to this facility, they are definitely not qualified.

Very nice place, nice atmosphere, good parking space, the service given is also good, i do hope they will never stop showing the Nation and society how much they care, not a bad place at all.
