I came on time for a 9am appointment and basically didn’t have to wait at all. Everything went smoothly and the staff were really kind, I was out by 9:15am! Note that you might need to send pdf versions of your lab orders to them (can do that at Labcorp) or have them printed if you’re using a healthcare service and they ordered Labcorp tests for you. Overall I was very happy with my experience!

Receptionist was rude and did not want to do her job. They close at 3pm I came in for a test the week prior at 2:30 she said it’s too late you need to come before 2pm, weird but ok. I come back the next week before 2 she tells me she won’t take me because it takes time and she won’t be done with it before 2pm. That is not how you run a business. The two women at the front just sat there and ignored me and said I should have come earlier. Why would you tell me to come before two the week prior if you still weren’t going to do the test. Also why are your hours until 3 if you stop work at 2?!

I didn't have an appointment and went early. Easy smooth process checking in using the tablet. Nurse was welcoming and called my name and took my paperwork and said she would call me once the information was entered. Two minutes later I had my blood drawn. Overall great experience and friendly atmosphere!

If you arrive at 3:10 the door is already locked. This and the other location close at 3 and 3:30 with these hours you have to take off work every time you need blood labs done. Taking a half day off every time you need blood taken is costly. I've arrived for their morning hours only to find the door locked again! So they take their time opening and lock up early. Very bad business hours

The wait is going to be a little bit here. My appointment was at 945 and I only got seen at 1030. However, there is WiFi so you can work in the lobby and the lady who took my blood was super nice and quick. She clearly knew what she was doing and made it painless.
