Initatives For Healthy Communities

I’ve been in communication with this property and several of their staff for months in regards to moving in. Clearly I have gotten the runaround regarding changing my unit composition number from a 4-3 bedroom. Due to them not moving urgently this has led to me asking for my deposit back which it’s been since November this problem has started… They claimed I had to go to the office on Fountainview to retrieve my deposit, after showing up there I was told by an employee there they don’t deal with the kelly village deposits yet I have not gotten it returned to me nor am I able to actually get any tangible feed back on how I can. Not moving in is not my problem but a blessing in disguise however not returning my money and avoiding my communication every time I call is nasty work. When I call the HHA they too give me the run around and avoid answering my calls… GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT with these fake reviews y’all had y’all friends leave here for the gullible and desperate.

I moved in Sept. 2024 it’s now Nov. 2024 and so far I absolutely love it the apartment it self is updated, the ppl in the community mind their business it’s literally like a big family u know it’s come Cuzn u don’t talk to and see all the time we’ll WELCOME TO THE FAMILY REUNION

Just moved in seems quiet ,lowkey . Not as bad as i thought it was going to be honestly!!! Ny apartment is so nice & updated townhouse ,the ladies in the front office are super sweet and try their best to help, maintenance is pretty cool as well and coke fix any issues in a timely manner. Overall i love my new place .

The best decision I ever made was moving away from here

Whoever Sheila is in management is super rude. Just be ready to get rushed off the phone whenever u need some type of help or info and talked to rudely
