I have had my children in this daycare and also worked there. It is very well ran considering how large it is. I have worked at 5 other centers in Washington state and comparatively speaking is why i give it 5 stars. Childcare is difficult for everyone. No one wants to leave their children all day. Children usually don't want to be left but the teachers here are very kind as is the owner. This center is very clean and healthy meals are served on time. There is also an abundance of things to do and they follow a schedule so the kids aren't sitting without any direction or nothing to do.
My son has gone to In His Hands for the last 3 and a 1/2 years. It was the best decision that I have ever made when it came to finding a good day care. He has grown so much and has made wonderful friends and memories. His favorite thing to do is go on the fun field trips they plan. The teachers are all very carrying and attentive. They listen to not only the parents needs but furthermore the children's needs. I highly recommend this place. Your children will be well taken care of at In His Hands.
I have first hand knowledge of this amazing daycare center, its owners and employees. This center is ran with the most Loving, Caring, Dedicated, & Trustworthy owners and staff of any daycare I have ever seen. The commitment to organization, cleanliness and to ALL children of ALL ages is outstanding...5++ Stars! You will not find a more committed team anywhere!!!! Each and everyone is treated like family and they sincerely Love each and every child in their care. They follow a well organized daily curriculum at every age group. Rest assured that your "babies" are in the Very Best Hands!
I have two children who attend In His Hands Learning Center. This is our FOURTH day care. My son has some mild special needs, and the director at our previous day care wanted to order a restraining chair for him, claiming she was concerned because she had never seen a child like him in her 12 years of experience. Coming to In His Hands has been a breath of fresh air. They have a sensory room for kids who need extra tactile input, they have specific activities planned throughout the day, so I never feel like my kids are just grazing around aimlessly, and the staff are really communicative and warm with my kids. I don't know who wrote the scathing reviews below, but I have noticed that the staff who have suddenly disappeared have generally been the ones whose quality of care was substandard. I love In His Hands and would gladly recommend them to any parent.
I was a toddler teacher at this wonderful day care. I was only there for about 4 mths. But I loved working there. The only reason why I left was because of my husband's health and we needed to move to another state because of it. The owner( Christina) is so supportive of her staff and the families of this wonderful child care. And the director (ALLISON) is a great lead and great friend to everyone as well. The kids are the best part. You wake up looking forwards to going to work each day. That is because you know the kids will be happy to see you and will run to you and hug you as you walk in. That's because of the teamwork of the staff and they way they back each other up. I never heard anyone say.. that's not my job...if something needs to get done they just do it. The staff backs each other up which forms a work family style which the kids quickly pick up on and this makes coming to school so much better for them. I do miss this wonderful place. I truly miss the staff and the children and their families. I feel so lucky to have been apart of this wonderful daycare and am truly sad to have left it behind. Everyone who works here has a genuine love for the children and families and this is an awesome place to be. Trust me. I miss all of you and wish you all love May our heavenly father continue to bless you all Alicia McCluskey
