In His Arms Educational Center

My little one goes to the Pooler location! Absolutely love the daycare. My daughter is happy & healthy. We switched from a daycare that was not so great, and I feel so good knowing my little loved one is in good hands everyday while I'm at work! The staff is amazing! They are great with kids! You can definitely tell they genuinely love working with children. It makes all the difference when they are passionate about what they do! They keep it very clean and properly sanitized. 2 thumbs up!!

I really do not see how anyone can feel good about having thier children attend this daycare. First impression of staff was not good. Assistant director forgot about our meeting. The worker who showes me around had filthy scrubs on. Walked through and the place is extremely filthy. There are bags of trash, linens and old toys lining the halls. The childcare workers in the one year old room were on thier phones when we walked by. The place needs new management and an inspection by the state.

I wanted to review Pooler location! But for some reason I couldn't ? That probably explains why there aren't any reviews for them... My children were here over a year and we saw too many wrong things. I had two neighbors who pulled their kids out and that's when I started paying attention to stuff, what I saw would make any parent cry. Reason I am making review is only because I depend on reviews when looking for childcare. I wish all parents who left this daycare would speak. The Owner was fed up with me, he stopped answering my phone calls.. The Director is very young and not motivated at all and I highly doubt that he even has any authority or manages place at all. It just "rolls on it own". I suggest everyone checks out " bright from the start" inspection reports and ask yourself a question "why he has so many complaint investigations?" I LOVEEDD most of the stuff, unfortunately they were not able to keep some good teachers... I also LOVED daycare and Director when it first opened, it was new and shiny, but it seems it's just going down the hill...no improvement was made... They had all my support but lost all my trust. I am saddened to be in this position but I truly do not recommend this place. Just be aware and good luck.

we tried to get into this daycare for years. they lie and say youre on a waitlist and you'll be the next they will call for openings but they never call even though theyre taking that age group. called several times asking about openings. got "put on the list" and never called. i do not think this is managed very well. i'd hate to see how this place is just from this experience alone.

Wonderful second home for your little one. The teachers here are loving, caring and treat your little ones as their own. The facility is clean and well maintained. I cannot say enough great things about In His Arms Educational Center!
