In Good Hands Learning Center, LLC

Initially, I believed this daycare would be a safe and positive environment for my son; however, that changed quickly. My son began expressing fear about attending and would become extremely distressed at drop-off. He later reported an incident with his teacher . A formal complaint was filed, yet I never received follow-up communication from the director. The center also lacked effective behavior management and frequently asked that my son be picked up early rather than working through challenges. Ongoing issues occurred with his dietary restrictions as well. Despite clear communication, he was given restricted foods, and no alternatives were provided. I was told outside food was not allowed, yet the center approved a pizza party with outside food, raising concerns about consistency and policy compliance. This was ultimately not the right environment for my child. He is now enrolled in a daycare where he feels safe, happy, and supported—often not wanting to leave at pickup. Moving him was the best decision for our family

In the beginning I was soooo in love with this center. The owner was staff was always nice. My son loved going to school. My son is level 1 autistic and has severe food aversions. I had a conversation with his therapist who visits him during daycare hours and she was very concerned that because my son doesn’t eat and drink well at school that they let him go literally all day without anything to eat or drink. A week ago the cook tried to give my son cereal that she’d previously prepared with spoiled almond milk. My son only drinks lactose free milk and she was EXTREMELY upset that I addressed her about it. She continuously said that it was his milk even though I had taken the time to taste the milk and knew better. They do actually teach your children but those two things led me to withdraw my son from the center. I will miss his teacher Miss Takyha tho!! Good luck future parents!

If anyone is having trouble finding a place for their child/children to attend daycare or preschool, In Good Hands Learning Center is by far the best school my son has gone too since moving here last year. To the Amazing Teachers, the director past and present, to the awesome gentleman I see daily helping with endless projects, they are really making a difference with these young children. My son had trouble at the last place he would always cry an beg me not to bring him in, there were days he would not be going to school an I needed to stop by & he would not want to get out the car. That told me something wasn’t right an I removed him immediately. When I found In Good Hands me an my son both felt so welcome during the tour that when we left my son was so excited to start, and ever since he’s the first one up ready to get to school. These beautiful women truly take pride in what they do, as a mother there is no better feeling then being 100% at ease when dropping off our children in the mornings an seeing the biggest smile on their faces eager to get to class. That alone makes our days at work or just daily life that much easier, Knowing they are safe, cared for an being taught the correct way as they get them ready for the next steps in life. All of the staff are very helpful, they give updates 2-3 times a day which communication was huge for me as I like to know what my sons day is like. Everyone there has a high regard to educating our children & making sure parents are included in every aspect of their goals set out for each particular child. I highly recommend coming to check out the school, We absolutely love everything about In Good Hands Learning Center. 💙

Absolutely LOVE everything about this learning center/daycare!!!!! From the second I talked to Ms. Ebony on the phone and meeting the director and my baby’s teacher at their newer location, I fell in love and knew this daycare was THE ONE! They always update me everyday about his accomplishments, concerns, and just everyday care how he is and I can not thank them enough. I’m so serious when I say I recommend this daycare to everyone. They truly care about every child that comes in their door!💜💜💜💜💜

We have had nothing but a good experience here! The staff are all extremely professional, caring towards the children, and friendly when we come and go. I highly recommend this daycare! Thank you for all that you do!
