This is definitely a place of learning and love. Everyone at this facility is immaculate, I would recommend all to this place of love. They care about every child on board, you can trust the staff with your children any day.
Baby (10 months) never fussed when being dropped off, was never scared and often had a big smile when dropping off and picking up. They seem to truly care about the kids, their jobs and the cleanliness of the facility. When I’ve been the one to pick her up, cleaning is taking place every day. They communicate well through the Remind app or you can receive texts through it as well about any issues, needs and receive the monthly newsletter which contains upcoming events, closure dates, rules, and contact info. The attendance app is convenient & during the swap TO the app, I had some trouble and one of the ladies who runs the place took the time one morning to go over what I was doing wrong and help me. Friendly, good to Baby and she always comes home well cared for and having had a full day of play and fun. if shes ever soiled her clothes, they have spares that shes changed into and they always send home her clothes freshly washed. We have ended up needing to swap daycares due to schedule changes and i need somewhere that stays open longer, as they do close at 5 and I don’t get off until 5, to allow my commute from work and I'm not too thrilled about it considering we have grown to enjoy this daycare.
See what yall ain't gonna do is talk about my kids daycare facility! I've been dealing with ICDC for almost 9 years. Let me say that again 9 years!!! I have never had a problem w/ them, atleast not serious enough to not be able to work through my problems/issues. Mrs. Womack, DaShonda, Nancy, & NeNe have all played a major role in my kids lives. My oldest 3 have all been there since babies all the way to graduating from her PreK class (best decision ever). This daycare holds a team of very educated, dedicated and understanding teachers/staff members. My kids are there right now living the best life (they were so ready to go back today) under the care of her and her team. As far as the food ion know baby but Annie and Shonda can cook! I would recommend any one to them my sisters, friends, & family have all followed my footsteps and sent their kids to this facility. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ today, tomorrow, and forever. Thanks for all that you do. Also if you want someone to love your kids like you do, treat them good, nurture them when you can't and keep them safe and protected at all cost then this is the center you're looking for. To those who write negative reviews make sure your child go has gone to our center. Plus if you don’t like our services remove your child why still let them come for over a year. Then how would you know our food is bad if you never tasted it. With that being said we don’t close without notice read your closure papers given a year out and a reminder every month on the sign out sheet. Stop with all the drama parents let’s communicate.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not send your children here. If you enjoy your child getting treated any kind of way and having your business talked about then this is the perfect place. Find another daycare center or a family member instead. The owner is fake and talks about everybody. Please don't waste your time here.
