I couldn't be happier with my children's daycare!!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares for the kids. For the first time ever, my daughter is excited to go to daycare each day. It truly feels like a little family there, with every single teacher being loving and amazing. The director is phenomenal and keeps you really informed on what’s going on, as well as making sure the kids have tons of activities and events. The staff works really well as a team to bring all kinds of fun things together for the kids. I'm grateful for such a positive and nurturing environment for my kids.
I can’t say enough great things about this daycare. I currently have my son here, but my daughter also went here before she started Pre-K. They still treat my daughter as if she’s their own. And my daughter lights up when she comes to pick up her brother with me. Mrs. Jodie is absolutely the best, she makes sure our kids are safe and that she has the right people. Alongside her is Mrs Kaylan which is always there with a smile to love and support the kids. I left a previous daycare to come here and I’m so happy I did. I trust and adore this daycare with my babies.
My 2-year-old has been attending Imagine Nation for the past 9 months. Initially, things seemed promising, especially with his first teacher who was excellent. However, I noticed one day that she was no longer there. After a month of uncertainty, I finally asked his new teacher about her whereabouts and learned she had been fired. A week later, the teach who gave me that information was fired. This lack of communication regarding staff changes has been a recurring issue. Since my son started at this daycare, he has had three different teachers. Not once have we been informed about these staff changes, and it’s evident that the new teachers are not being properly introduced to the needs of their students. For example, the first teacher was actively helping him with potty training, but the new teachers have provided no assistance in this area. The lack of continuity and communication has left us unsure of who to talk to, as staff members seem to come and go without notice. At the end of the summer, were informed by the new director, Jodie, that they bring in "summer teachers" and that no curriculum is provided during the summer months to give the kids a "break." This rationale is absurd—what 2-year-old needs to go an entire summer without learning? My son's behavior has noticeably changed, likely due to boredom. The environment does not seem conducive to learning or development, particularly during the summer. Another major concern is the chaotic and unsafe environment. Every time I pick up my son, the room is extremely chaotic and has a terrible smell. I have never seen the required two teachers in a room, which is necessary to manage the 20 toddlers. On Thursday, I received a frantic call from Jodie stating that I needed to pick up my child immediately, as he would be suspended the next day for running out of the exit door of the classroom five times. When I asked why the door wasn’t locked, Jodie responded that they couldn’t lock it. This situation highlights poor classroom management and raises serious safety concerns. If my son can run out of the building five times, what’s stopping other children? What measures will the daycare take to prevent this, and what control do I, as a parent, have over the situation while I’m at work? It’s clear that the staff at this daycare is underpaid, and it doesn’t seem like they receive adequate training or education on how to properly care for and teach children. The daycare's use of the trendy "Montessori" approach feels like a mask for what is ultimately a poorly organized and unstructured environment.
Imagine Nation has been exceptional since our daughter joined at just 2 months old. The staff is so loving and kind. We know she is well taken care of in our absence, giving us peace of mind. The center always smells fresh and looks clean. It is well maintained. The center is a Home Away from Home for Our Little One!
My kiddo has been attending the facility located on Chaperito Trail, Arlington, TX, and it has been amazing! My kiddo is now 21 months and she has so far been in the Little Dreams, Explorers, and Discovers classes and they all were great. This is the very first time that I had one of my kiddos to start daycare before the age of 2 and I can that this center has not made me regret my decision in doing so with this kiddo. Shouts out to Miss Julie, who has been nothing but amazballs to my little one. All of the teachers here are amazing and genuinely care about the families that they serve.
