Some of the staff not friendly and are on their phones a lot. I also seen staff members laying down while my child was having their rest time at 330pm when the center closes at 530pm. In the morning they play go to sleep music to try and get your child back to sleep. I used to enjoy this daycare. I have addressed my concerns and I don't feel heard at all

Both my son and daughter attend Imaginative Beginnings in Northwood, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. The care and attention that my children receive at Imaginative Beginnings is exceptional. The staff members are not only highly trained professionals but also genuinely caring individuals who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of every child. They create a nurturing and stimulating environment where my children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn. Overall, I highly recommend Imaginative Beginnings child care to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their children.

My children have been going to imaginative beginnings for about 3 weeks now. Both of my children don’t do well with schedule/routines changes. the beginning of school and summer always throws them off. So changing our routine up and them returning to daycare for the first time in 3 years was a really scary thought! Well so far my daughter is OBSESSED with her teacher Mrs. Sam. She talks about her constantly saying how much she loves her new teacher and how she can’t wait to see her new friends and teacher again! This is such an amazing feeling for this mama as my daughter can be a handful and has a lot of sensory disorders. the positive changes I have already noticed in her is crazy to me! She loves going to IB. My son also loves attending the center as well after school and gets upset when I get him too early! The center is always clean, the teachers have always been so professional. I love receiving pictures of the kids every night and getting to see what they do when they are at daycare! Overall we love it here!

As a Mother, it can be hard to trust just anyone with your child, I love the safety measures they have in place and feel super safe with my kids being here. Teachers are caring, loving and most importantly very patient. Within two month of my children attending imaginative beginnings and with the help of my daughters teacher (Ms Hanna and Ms Sam)she’s starting to use her words as she use to be non verbal. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor play area is a wonderful space for the children to play. I am more than happy and grateful to have my children enrolled and I would highly recommend to any parent.

Imaginative Beginnings has been a blessing to find. Their care for my children has been exceptional. The staff has demonstrated great compassion, support and patience. They provide educational experiences for the children along with fun activities. My children really look forward to seeing their new friends and teachers each day. I definitely would recommend this facility to my family and friends. Thank you!
