Decent place, kids have fun, food is what you'd expect which isn't terrible. Atmosphere can be better, too bright, can use some laser lights or even disco balls to give more appeal, mens bathroom is straight up gross, smell of urine as soon as you walk in. Friendly staff at least.
Horrible place and the workers lie. I do not recommend this place at all. People are in their lying saying they are managers. Come to find out that the lady I spoke to on the phone was actually the owner she doesn't want to deal with the situation that happened when I was in there I asked them to review video footage seeing if somebody picked up money, I drop? They refused to do it and told me to take it as a lost where they could have just handled it right then. And there and they chose not to, they just kept playing games about it. And when I was in there, the one girl came over and was, like, can I have your name and number? And when the owner comes in, she can look at the footage because we can't, but then I was told today february first twenty twenty six that the owner was in there until 7 o'clock at night so I mentioned okay. So if she was there, why she never came over and spoke to me, nor did the manager. Like what are you guys trying to protect in there like? I'm not understanding why you couldn't deal with the situation that was going on with me. And there that was my first time coming in there with my granddaughter, and it was a very bad experience. I was hoping that it would have been a good one for her, but I guess not.
It is a fun place for young kids. We had a good time. 5 and 3 year old. Pizza was ok. Place is small but good place to go with kids on a rainy day to spend a couple of hours. We spent $20 on pizza and drinks and $40 in tokens.
Great place for the kids to play. And the gentleman who worked the floor named Micheal is absolutely great. Give him a raise he's killing his job. Always curious to every child he talked too.
The balls in the “ball pit” are either dented, missing, or everywhere else but in the pit, or dirty beyond reason. Their fountain machine decided to give me black flakes 🤮 I immediately showed the manager, but she shrugged it off and gave me a new cup. About half their arcade games are “temporarily” out of order or have been broken for months, and/or eat your tokens. The Imagination Zone needs thorough health and food safety inspections ASAP.
