What Parents Say
Imagination Station receives mostly positive feedback with parents praising the facility, staff professionalism, and quality of care and learning opportunities. However, one parent reported poor customer service from the director during an initial inquiry call.
I had the opportunity to tour Imagination Station yesterday. What an amazing facility and staff! Each class had the teacher engaged with some children, while other children were busy with independent activities-having fun and learning. It was apparent that the center invests in the facility. There were plenty of educational toys, books and activity tables. The facility was clean. and organized. What an asset in a rural community. I would not hesitate to recommend Imagination Station to anyone with young children.
My son has been going to this facility for almost a year and a half now, and I have never regretted it. He has learned and excelled in so many ways. Now having his baby sister in our lives, not only is he made comfortable in knowing she is cared for (as he is quite a protective little brother) but I was more than assured and comforted by the teachers on her first day. Which is hard for any momma going back to work after maternity leave. I love this facility and it’s staff. Highly recommend!
Imagination station has been an amazing place to take our son for daycare. They are all so polite and professional and they take such amazing care of our son. We could not be happier. We recommended this place to anyone needing child care in the Weezer area.
We called for information about what they have to offer our 4 year old. We was directed to the director of the center and she made us feel as if we were a bother and felt as if she didn't want to assist us by answering questions regarding availability, curriculum activities, and was told twice she was heading out the door. There was No one else to assist. She stated that she teacher of the class and she he would have to get paperwork gather for us to share with mother (co-parenting) and was when she said again she was heading out the door with her purse in hand. If the director doesn't have time to answer an inquiring parenthe or a person who doesn't try to schedule an appointment instead... I do not feel comfortable with my child in such an unorganized unstructured center to where only one person can assist me or have inormational packets to handout to person's of interest of their center. Poor customer service. Make me wonder how they would they help my child. If a person doesn't have time for the parents, do they treat our children the same way?
The staff are great. My daughter is a non eater. She is starring to adjust. She's learning social skills as well as academic.
