Imagination Station Early Learning Center Palace LLC.

We love Imagination Station!!! It has been a great experience for us!! My son has friends and he is well behaved for daycare!! Plus he always does art crafts!!, I love that! He sleeps like a baby for nap-time! Gets to play outside!!! As well as lunch and snacks!!! So proud of my son this year this was something new for him!! ****Decorated beautiful for each season and day!!!

My son went here for one day. Eneded up having to quit my job because they neglected him. He was there for ten hours and they only fed him two bottles, changed him only two times, put him in random clothes when I provided two changes of outfits. They told me they would log everything and could provide it at the end of day. That wasn't done either. Then had the nerve to tell me they require a two week notice if Im not bringing him back... would any parent that loves their child send them back to a place that neglected them? I mean come on. At least feed the babies... his aquaphor and one of his bottles were missing also and a full pack of wipes turned into half a pack? Also the teacher for infants that day felt comfortable enough to comment on how all the babies do is cry... well of course they cry they are babies and thats their only way of communicating. They are also short staffed so they put all the remaining kids in one big room in the evening regardless of their age which they failed to mention. I could go on and on abojt how off this place is but I now have to look for another job and another daycare 🙃

Thankful for Ms Emily. and a few of the teachers that are there and actually care about the kids but unfortunately there’s a select group of “employees” who are very unprofessional and unfortunately this is the only daycare 24/7 with transportation but in process of finding a better environment for my kiddo. I take the extra time to educate my child on what a daycare teacher should and shouldn’t be doing and she recognizes when something is not right and tells me immediately. Will be taking serious action if something happens to my child under their care.

My Kids have been doing to this daycare since they were 2&4 and now they are 4 &6 I love this daycare they are flexible with hours and days they have this new system where you can communicate faster with administrators Very thankful for everybody there.

Parents**** first and foremost it is not the job of a daycare agency to parent or mentor your kids. They are a daycare center!!! Their job is to watch your kids until you pick them up but those kids are your children, did not ask to be born, AND were born to you to guide them. Also there is a difference between parenting a child and mentoring a child please make sure you do both or your children will have problems no matter where you go. I came in with my kids they have always been very polite and courteous. My child 2 year old seemed kind of nervous and although he was potty trained he had a little accident yesterday and he was late going to the bathroom and kind of went as on himself a little bit as soon as he pulled down his pants. The lady was such a sweetheart she cleaned him up didn't make a big deal out of it and told me he was well behaved other than that. I have not ever had a bad experience here and would recommend this place to any one. I thank them for being kind caring and understanding. Also I did forget to mention I came with a stroller and was thinking, man how am I going to get this stroller back home and go do what I need to do. NOPE. The let me even keep my stroller there!! Love this place.
