We had an evaluation done for my child who has been struggling for months with speech, emotional and cognitive issues. We have had test done through multiple organizations and all have come back showing moderate to severe delays. The experience we had with this preschool was horrific. I was present for part of the evaluation and witness my child smack and hit the speech therapist who did not document this behavior at all. They asked leading questions and I could see that they were doing whatever it took to just pass him off to someone else. I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The main concern of this school is not the students - it is money. Special education does not have the funding it needs and now my child has to continue to suffer and not have access to the services he needs because of the bottom line. Get a second opinion and observe the evaluation yourself because the staff does not have integrity.
I have watched my daughter progress in speech and other areas where she was delayed. She has learned so much... I am so grateful for bright futures and the caring staff along with the great bus drivers. Thank you to all of you.
