My husband and both our sons grew up here. We love the church and especially the childcare center! Tricia, Grandma Barnes, Ms. Nikki, Mrs. Karen, and Mrs. Toni have all been there since my husband and his brothers were there. No one could ever replace them! Tricia has always been considered the Godmother of our boys.
My friend had been talking about her Church, so I told her ok I'll come with y'all. Everyone was very friendly, coming and greeting us, making me feel welcomed, and acknowledged. The singing and praise was awesome. They have a great band drummer, guitar players, and keyboards. Singers who engage the people who came to praise God. Fantastic Preacher, who brought a message on Forgiveness. I'll definitely go back. Oh, we all had Communion and prayed for a young lady entering the Missionary field.
I was sharing with my son how God strengthens feeble knees. I hurt mine helping him change a flat. Then he told me I got a note that day from the Pastor. Upon opening it, I found he had also referenced a scripture concerning the knee. I believe this Pastor hears God's voice and was obedient to write the scripture of encouragement. I really enjoy his sermons and the Presence of God in the services.
