What Parents Say
These reviews are not about the daycare's child care services, but rather about Catholic Charities' emergency assistance programs. Parents consistently praise the organization for providing financial aid, life coaching, and wraparound support services during times of hardship. Staff members, particularly Kendra Mullins and Vicky Borghini, receive repeated commendation for their compassionate, respectful, and helpful approach.
Kendra and Catholic Charities saved my family and I from our utilities being cut off due to being a day late on a payment arrangement with Colorado Springs Utilities. I've never had to ask for assistance on my utility bill, but she treated me with so much respect and dignity. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Catholic Charities has so much more to offer to families who just need a little help with supplies for babies and children, clothing, etc. My experience was a 💯%+ and I recommend to anyone needing some help and compassion during a time of need <3
This organization really helped us when we were down and out. Kendra Mullins is compassionate, caring, and really works with you to find a solution that is helpful. Thanks to Kendra and thanks to Catholic Charities.
Kendra was super respectful, helpful, and kind. She helped assist my daughter and I on very short notice despite the fact she could have gone home early. Her and the staff were super helpful and amazing! They all took the time to help assist us last minute.
