Left with a credit of $$$. when our child left they stated that it’s in their contract to not process refunds because I over paid??? We paid monthly NEVER late and thousands of dollars to this facility that receives government funding… yet cannot refund $$$ that belongs to us. Not listed on BBB.. such a shame the teachers were amazing 😔
Beautiful building Terrible and irresponsible staff. Because their facility looks modern, they dare to treat people however they want and hire the worst teachers ever possible! One teacher did not give breakfast to my child for whole year and her excuse was that when I ask her if you want breakfast she says no. A three year old child says No! Lol! They also have constant school close days on irregular timings with made up excuses! If there a holiday for Martians, here on Earth they call the school close! You’re basically paying for them to work whenever they want and send your kid home whenever they feel like it! They close the school for electricity! Water leakage, teacher close days, all the holidays of calendar and ect… and guess what! All with your money! And their terrible attitude! Ma’am at the end of the day, even if you have the most beautiful building in San Antonio, this is not Harvard university! You are changing diapers! So be humble and responsible! One time I witnessed one of the inexperienced and rude teachers here gathering all the kids behind her, while she isolated one child in the corner of the classroom and said: “This kid is acting crazy! Everyone come stand behind me until his dad comes to take him!” Crazy? Is this how you treat a two- or three-year-old boy? That same teacher also kept sending my child home because she didn’t have the ability to manage the class properly, nor the right behavior to earn the children’s respect! That was her method! None of the teachers are educated or anything! Here was such a miserable place!
Our babies have been going here since infancy. There is nowhere we would rather send our children. We know that when they are at HCR, they are safe, loved, and having fun! HCR is always doing something unique. One of my favorite memories was when they had a snowcone truck, or maybe it’s the annual Thanksgiving, or maybe it’s simply just chatting with the friendly staff every morning. They have awesome communication and a beautiful facility. I can’t say enough great things about this place.
My daughter has been attending since she was an infant and we absolutely love this daycare! They take great care of the kids and are so sweet! They always take the time to talk about how her day was and what she is learning. I would recommend this daycare 100%
This place is nothing but a money pit!! The employees here couldn’t care less about the children attending this school!! I sent my 4 yr old daughter here for about 3 months and just pulled her out this week! I was horrified by some of the things my daughter came home telling me. She complained multiple times about not having privacy in the potty and boys are running in and out of the bathroom while she’s trying to go potty and teasing her as she is in there.... There are 3 TEACHERS in the classroom!!! Why are the children not being monitored!???? She also told me a boy in her class kept hitting the teacher one day.. The teachers clearly have no control over their large classrooms and let the children run a muck all day!!! A lot of the children in my daughters class seem to have behavioral problems and the staff clearly do not know how to handle it!! I as a parent have come into the school in the morning or afternoon multiple times and have tried saying good morning to the “women” at the front desk or “have a nice weekend” and they were too busy gossiping each time and never even respond or acknowledge me!!! They are extremely unprofessional and rude!!!! I have never felt so mistreated and uncomfortable at a preschool!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE!!!! Especially if you are concerned about the well being of your child and expect them to learn ANYTHING!! Because at this point my daughter has left that school, having memorized the lyrics to a Drake song before knowing her ABC’s. This school’s appearance is very lovely as well as misleading!! Owners are clearly Just out for a check!!! Just another “preschool factory”. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received here!!!
