Went to the one in Franklin that's no longer there. Called to find out where they moved to. Lady at Columbus office wasn't friendly. I asked about housing assistance I felt bad for even seeking help not that I wanted to in first place. The people who worked in the Franklin office treated people like they was people definitely didn't feel embarrassed leaving the Franklin office

this place helps with so much! I feel it's one of the best places for children to go for daycare the drive can suck at times but it also can be relaxing. teachers are amazing and the energy assistance program saves people who are struggling hard . God bless HSI
