Quality childcare and compassionate care givers. My daughter has chronic asthma and this center was a life saver when I needed attentive care for her while I worked. She’s now 23 and thriving beautifully. I highly recommend for drop ins as well as specialized care.
This review is coming from a real parent! This establishment is being poorly ran by individuals who do not care! My daughter 2nd day here, Ms. Casandra “accidentally “ pulled out her g-tube. As time went by from this situation. I sent my daughter there with a bracelet on. It came up missing that day, never was found! Mind you I put the bracelet on, so an adult had to take it off. As of today 9/8/2025.. Another incident happened to my daughter hitting her head, while visiting with her therapist. No one from hugs & kisses daycare contacted me about this situation!!!!! They said it was left up to the therapist to call me, to inform me on what happened. When I got to the daycare they asked me to sign an incident report. I had just spoken with her Teacher Areka @ 1 after the therapist left. Areka did NOT mention nothing to me about this incident!!! This is miscommunication at its finest!!!!! She also told me before that when the therapist is present they will be too. Bridgett the owner never once asked me about my child’s previous health concerns just so they could be aware…. These people that are running this place, as of today don’t care about your kids needs. There isn’t no reregistered nurse on duty at all time. When my daughter’s g-tube came out a parent that was certified nurse had to put it back in. The workers are very sneaky, unprofessional, untrained, and lazy! Ms. Cassandra came out to my car to tell me, not to tell Ms. Bridgett because she would get fired. This place needs to be shut down or needs better management!!! Dr. Stewart doesn’t know half of the things that goes on in her establishment!
They NEVER return calls. What is the point of having this type of daycare if you will not call people back?
