Hugabug Childcare Center

We’ve been sending our 3 month old here since mid-March and we love the staff here! Everyone is so sweet, the communication via Brightwheel is fantastic, especially if my daughter gets sick, I’m able to keep up with her daily bowel movements and wet diapers to relay to the pediatrician! Speaking of getting sick, the staff is amazing at letting us know of any possible problems and will close the rooms to disinfect! Everyday I pick up my girl, it’s nothing but smiles from her and I can feel safe knowing there’s lots of staff that care about her and all the babies there.

My son has been going to Hugabug for over a year now! We love everything about this daycare from the owner to the teachers. They are an absolute blessing.

When we first toured Hugabug and spoke with them we knew immediately that it was the place for our boy! Our child is excited to go to school everyday, he has learned so much and made lots of friends, you can tell that he is loved and cared for there. We absolutely love the staff! They not only care about your child but they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable leaving your child! The first thing they say is “if you see something we should do differently, tell us”. They always listen and take concern with even the smallest issues, they also make sure things are resolved before the day is done. It is with a heavy heart that we will leave Hugabug after the holidays, but we will always remember the joy they have put in our boys heart and love they have always shown our family!!!

My boys go here and they are the noisiest and all in your business establishment that is out there. I have came to pick up my children before I could even get out the door they were calling there mom to gossip. So while there talking about people who is watching the children. Today I went to pick up my boys and upon getting the the older lady follows me out to ask if I have car seats. Now I have picked them up hundreds of times and never an issue but because I'm a dad who is not with the mother they must have assumed I didnt know I needed car seats this is very concerning.While I was with there mom she had made friends with a couple of the employees that would constantly talk about the other staff and parents behind there back now I guess its mybturn !!!

I love this daycare. They watch and care for my kids above and beyond my expectations. Im glad they do the little things like calling if they get a bump or bruise and the big things like checking for car seats! They are wonderful.
