I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Flats at Hampstead going on three years now. I ve had two leasing agents. Ms. Jennifer stood out as she is very personable and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She’s available when calling and if she misses your call … she will definitely call you back. She’s easy to talk to and is very understanding. The next tenant will definitely be pleased. Thank you Ms. Jennifer for all that you do.

OMG! I love this place already!! I was looking for an apartment for my uncle and I came across The Flats at Hampstead. The Property Manager Jennifer greeted me with a huge smile and made me feel so welcome. She answered all of my questions and made me feel like this is the perfect place for my uncle. The property was clean and the floor plans are great! I look forward to him moving in soon! Thanks Jennifer !

Holly absolutely saved me when I was looking for an apartment, she was completely honest about everything and got me moved in as soon as 3 days. When I noticed something that needed to be fixed, she sent the maintenance man as soon as they opened in the morning to come help and he did great and completed the job very quickly. It is a good community and with my husband being in the Army, it is barely 500 ft from base. You can tell that they really care:)
