When I needed help the most, I was turned away. My case manager, Silvana, was unwilling to help and even questioned whether my situation was a priority—which it absolutely was. I was also uncomfortable with the tone of her questions and repeated comments about low-income clients. These services exist specifically to support low-income individuals, so those remarks were inappropriate and discouraging. If you have other options, I strongly recommend going to a different office. This one is a waste of time.
Horrible experience there management zayra and letty rico are the worst they don’t help you when you need support as a parent.. my sister in law works there and she wants to quit the job because of management not to mention how they are constantly changing teachers.. avoid this place at all cost
I went there for LIFE( low income fare is easy) program, they are very nice and help me to get coupons for bus fare.:)
Nice staff They are very flexible to accommodate their clients and really do try to help the community.
I went with froend to her appointment and the receptionist have a good manner to take care of the people.
