Houston Heights Dc Center

After visiting many childcare centers in the area, Houston Heights Daycare was the one where I immediately felt comfortable and at peace. That feeling never changed. I enrolled my children after taking a career gap to raise them, and going back to work was a big emotional step for me. Thanks to the support, care, and what I truly felt was a partnership with the school, I never once doubted my decision to return to my career. That means everything to a mom. The teachers, assistant teachers, and staff are simply amazing. My kids were always well cared for, engaged, and learning. No matter what time you walked in, the classrooms were clean, organized, and the children were happily participating in their activities. The structure and attention they give the kids really stand out. It actually took me a while to write this review because I wanted to take the time to reflect. My children are now in kindergarten, and we truly miss this place. They made wonderful friends and have such beautiful memories. The graduation ceremony was so special, the Christmas recital was precious (see my pic), and all the events throughout the year were thoughtfully done. Both of my kids also attended summer camp, and they loved it. I’ve had friends who returned to work but struggled because they didn’t have reliable childcare and eventually had to quit. Having a center you trust makes all the difference. This school was a huge support for our family. I also loved the daily app updates and notifications. Receiving pictures and information every day gave me peace of mind and helped me feel connected to my kids’ day. Thank you for the patience Mrs. Kandance, Mrs. Lily, Mrs. Yanderi❤️, the love, and the genuine care you gave my children. This is a wonderful place, and I really recommend it with complete confidence. If we were still in the area, we would absolutely continue with summer camps. God bless you for everything. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this center. From day one, they have been attentive, caring, and truly invested in my children. The quality of care and education here is absolutely top notch. They offer a strong curriculum and have truly become an extension of our family. They helped prepare my oldest (now 5) for Kindergarten, and I cannot thank them enough. He just received his report card and tested at a master's level in all subjects, placing in the 90th percentile! I credit this center for building such a strong educational foundation. They even helped potty train my eldest, which was a huge milestone for us. My youngest started at just 6 weeks old and was later diagnosed with severe eczema that required constant care. Even though this was beyond their normal responsibilities, the staff went above and beyond to support him (and me!). They gave him one-on-one attention, helped me find long-term solutions, and showed so much compassion. I’ve built real friendships with some of the teachers and the director because they genuinely care. The kindness they’ve shown my kids and our family is something I will always be grateful for. They have a diverse and thoughtful curriculum, offer amazing programs, are always improving the center, and they clearly value and take care of their employees. If you’re looking for a place where your children will be loved, supported, challenged, and truly seen, this is it. I’m forever grateful.

We have loved this center for both our kids and highly recommend! Writing as mom who had her first daughter there from 3months of age in 2020, all the way through to this summer '25, when she started kindergarten. As well as currently have a son in preschool here. The teachers truly care about the kids and my children have been excited to go everyday. I appreciate the daily updates, including videos and photos, throughout the day. They are transparent, even if there was an incident such as a fall or scrape, and I value that honesty. They take all the credit for potty training both my kids! The curriculum more than prepared my daughter for kinder including starting to read. Splash day activities in the summer, field trips to parks and recreation facilities, fall festivals, Christmas programs, mother and father day events all build community for kids and parents.

After visiting several daycares, I can confidently say that none compare to this one. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth of the team, they truly care about the kids, and it shows every single day. The structure they’ve created is amazing: it’s organized yet so dynamic and engaging for the little ones. The facility itself is always clean and very well organized, which gives us so much peace of mind. Another thing we love is that they often share photos and videos through their platform, so we get to see those special little moments throughout the day. My son loves it here, and as parents, that means everything. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel so grateful to have found this place! :)!

We have had an amazing experience with Houston Heights Learning Center and highly recommend it! Your child will be very well taken care of here. Our daughter thrived here from 4 months to two years before we had to move out of state :( The teachers provide frequent updates, pictures, and videos so you feel like you’re experiencing the day with them. My daughter always ran into school without a backwards glance. They have structed, fun learning and so many crafts for those tiny hands and feet. The center is kept very clean. The staff, teachers, and security guards know every student and parent by sight and they do lots of community events to help families connect. We are devastated to miss the Christmas program this year. Thank you for a wonderful experience supporting our daughters growth! Keep up the great work.
