I definitely would not recommend this center to anyone. My daughter was suppose to attend this daycare this year but due to us relocating the location will not be convenient for us. So I paid for the registration and curriculum fees in advance, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get the registration fees back but there was no reason I should not have been able to get the rest of money back being I paid in advance when I didn’t have to until she started, on top of the fact I’m sure a child has already filled her spot and still had to pay the same fees. I contacted the daycare several time to let them know she would not be attending, each time I spoke with someone new and they would tell me something different finally I spoke with the director who told me I wouldn’t get any of the money back but I could come and pick up some books if I wanted to, so I said ok I would. Please look at the picture to see the dirty books I paid for on top of getting to the school and being greeted by Sandy who was very dry on the phone when I called and the same when I saw her in person. That daycare is definitely not welcoming but they are friendly with you when it’s time for you to pay for your child a spot there. The past reviews did not lie I see why they have a 3.5

I absolutely adore Hope Academy and all of the amazing people that work so hard to provide quality childcare. Due to lifestyle changes, we no longer needed childcare and sadly left the center, but I would LOVE for my daughter to attend again some day. My daughter was born premature, but her teachers worked so hard with her and she is hitting all of her milestones! I am a first time mom and had such a sense of security here. I love the app that gives live updates and during special activities you may even receive a photo. I could go on and on about this wonderful center. I highly recommend Hope Academy!

1 STAR IS GENEROUS. Sent my baby girl home multiple times with rashes in evidence of not changing her diapers. Sent her home with fully unchanged loaded diapers. My daughter came home with a knot and bite mark on her cheek with no explanation. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

My grandchildren are identical triplets and have been attending HOPE Academy for a little over a year now. Being that they were born four months premature, they are developmentally delayed. We have seen tremendous growth in their social and intellectual development. I have never had an issue with any of the staff. The leadership (Director & Assistant Director) have always been nothing but friendly, professional and always willing to lend a helping hand when asked. I would recommend this facility.

Some of the teachers are not experienced... most call in so there different teachers in and out ... and they can’t seem to keep employees ... You may find one good class but for the prices save yourself the headache. One more they were just eating toast for breakfast.
