If I could give it 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying this place has potential of being a great place some of the staff are great people and the two administrators are great. But! They are always letting people go and hiring new people they are always under staffed it’s like they don’t show up to work or they get there late that being said if only they would have some consist workers and not letting them go all the time. Now for the director she is never there! Haven’t seen her in a few months she is very rude and unprofessional I bet some of the employees don’t like her. She is rude to parents no good Communication skills. If they were to have a director that actually shows up and is committed to her job and has employees that show up and aren’t late this place would be great. Luckily for me I saw the red flags took my kid out.

All parents want the best for their children. Be kind, be nice, and trust. My daughters preschool is AWESOME. My daughter gets so happy and excited at drop-offs and pickups. Never had an issue with anyone. Calls I make they respond professionally and answer all my questions with no hesitation. Been a few times, my daughter is the last one to get picked up, and they receive me with a smile. She never cries at drop-off time. She hugs everyone and is always excited to go to school. I'm extremely happy and obsessed with the teachers from all the love they give. For this being my daughters first preschool, it's been a great experience. Thank you, HIC, and to all the teachers for all that you do.

My son’s preschool is fantastic! He is always excited to go to school. The noticeable improvement in his skills reflects the dedicated efforts of the caring and friendly teachers. Their kindness and professionalism contribute to our complete satisfaction with the school.

This was my first experience with childcare, while some of the staff is friendly, the director is probably one of the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in education. This is a state funded preschool which should offer assistance should your child have special needs. During the time my child spent here, parents received multiple emails a day regarding the parking lot, drop off times, all of which consisted lecturing parents. Which begs to question, if the parents are treated this way how are they treating the children. My son used to cry everyday at drop off and as a parent this was heartbreaking. There is a complete lack in actual communication and it was a very unsupportive environment. My son was ultimately kicked out without any actual assistance or guidance for what turned out to be ADHD. It is completely frustrating that so many child care/school facilities are unequipped and uneducated.

The exceptional dedication of Ms. Jimenez, Ms. Lupe, Ms. Faith, Ms. Walker, Teacher Vi, and the entire staff is truly commendable. Their unwavering care and positive influence have created an enriching environment that goes beyond education – it fosters our child's well-being in a profound way. We are grateful for the genuine commitment and impact they consistently bring to our child's daycare experience.
