Rotating staff like crazy. Doesn't communicate things like they should to the parents or each other. Multiple violations with sanitization and even a failure to properly supervise children. They didn't even know a 4 year old was missing for 10 minutes until it was brought up. Even though there are special needs rates here, they are NOT SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY AT ALL. They just want to sit on their phones and anything that prevents them from doing that will make them dismiss your child. Dont bother voicing your concerns to the director, which also seemed to have changed often in the past few years. Its about the paycheck over here and nothing more. STAY AWAY.
Honeytree Riverwalk was great with my little one. He loved playing outside with the other kids and doing the activities they planned. The staff was very caring and made sure he felt comfortable. Overall, we were happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their little ones.
We have really loved sending our baby boy to Honey Tree over the past year. The infant room teachers (Ms Lydia, Ms. Tammy and Ms. Lauren) have all given our son so much love and support. They have helped us work through his dairy allergy and have even catered to his different nap times so that he can maintain a good sleep schedule for us at home. We also love Ms. Karen's warm smile greeting us at the door at drop off every morning. Overall, the staff seems happy to be there, as well as invested and engaged with the many families of HoneyTree, much in part due to the director, Allison, who has been wonderful with communication. Can't say enough good things about this location. Thank you guys for everything you do!
I would give 0 stars if I could! This is definitely not the “best option” for your child at all! If you care about your children please rethink sending them to this place! How can staff leave children unattended with the other gender of child(s) with their pants down?! What is the staff doing?! Clearly not their JOB! Please protect your children parents! Pay attention to everything these days you cannot trust anyone!
I was with them for many years, only due to Mrs. Oksana and she is why i am not giving one star. The rest of the crew leaves something to be desired. Safety issues that were brought up and frankly other staff members that were too busy on their phones. When we finally moved on and gave notice they were still charging me. There are other honeytree locations and Montessori that give better care. Please thoroughly check their establishment for your own child's safety and your piece of mind. To be fair when safety violations were brought up corporate was there to field complaints and try to repair the problem. This is more a systemic issue with staff. You should not have to tell a grown adult to get off their phone, turn around and watch your child on the playground.
