What Parents Say
One parent notes the facility is gorgeous and the baby room was fantastic, but criticizes severe staffing shortages and accounting errors, while two other reviewers allege serious negligence and abuse, including bruising and failure to feed or change infants. The few reviews so far mention that the business has faced state citations, with one account claiming the owner blames parents for licensing issues. These accounts also highlight a lack of support for developmental milestones like potty training and a reputation for operating independently of standard childcare expectations.
When my child went there, they had constant issues which I will not detail, but the worst issue was that any time they got cited by the state licensing agency, a letter would go home blaming the parents for not doing better. These same things that they blamed us for were things that I absolutely did not want them doing to begin with, and was not something I did at home. There's a reason this is the only place in town that has openings. The owner is well known among all daycare providers for "doing things her way."
Reasonable tuition fee and the owner will do the best they can to resolve all issues. However, the teachers are under staffed and unable to keep up with the development of kids in their toddler room, and we’ve had consistent issues with their accounting. After repeatedly trying to overcharge us for late fees when we were up to date on payments, we brought it up to the owner, and she said they were aware that they had accounting problems and that they only had issues “at the beginning and the end of the month” (so you know.. every time they were paid). My daughter has been ready for potty training for the last 3 months, and because they can’t keep teachers staffed, they haven’t been encouraging or helpful in that regard. Their baby room was fantastic and the facility itself is gorgeous, but at this point I can’t recommend taking your kid here until they figure out their staffing and accounting issues.
This day care has abused my step son age 3 k has bruised on his butt and neglected my son N age 4 months old they are not changing him or feeding him like they are supposed to this daycare has reported the bruises and this morning when my wife dropped the kids off K didn’t have any marks on them now our boys are in foster care because they want to abuse and neglect the kids PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
