Holy Cross Preschool

Holy Cross Preschool is amazing! My daughter loves it and is excited to attend every day; the preschool space is spotless, the teachers and staff are very welcoming/helpful, and emphasize regular communication/parental engagement in person and via the BrightWheel app. When we met Miss Chris for the initial tour, I immediately noticed she takes her job seriously and takes pride in directing the preschool. This was important to me and one of the top decision factors for us. Since my daughter has been enrolled, we have noticed advancements in her social, emotional, and language development. I highly recommend Holy Cross for your little one(s)!

We've had two of our three kids attend Holy Cross (so far) and can't say enough about the preschool, teachers, director, play based learning, parent communication, pandemic caution, etc. Our oldest who skipped his first year (due to Covid) and attended just one year, is attentive and engaged and received high marks in his first year of Kindergarten (which I attribute to the play based nature of Holy Cross helping to set a learning is fun foundation). Our middle son, currently in his first year at Holy Cross, has already developed new social skills and comes home everyday overjoyed to show off his crafts and talk about his day. Apart from my children loving the school, as a parent, I've found a huge confidence in the safety protocols and various policies put into place. I absolutely love the staff, including overly experienced teachers and a director who goes above and beyond to set Holy Cross apart from any other preschool in the area. Something as small as my son coming home from school after his baby sister was born, with a teddy bear he got to gift to her. Holidays are made to be fun and inclusive, with things like Friendship Soup where the kids handmade butter for muffins and chop veggies in class. The annual pumpkin decorating contest where the kids themselves all choose which pumpkin is their favorite. I could go on and on, but ultimately I had looked into a number of preschools and feel so fortunate to have chosen Holy Cross and been a part of such a fabulous community of kids and parents.

My son attended Holy Cross preschool for three years. Our family loves this school! We had such a good experience that we always recommend Holy Cross to anyone looking for a preschool. My son was slow to warm and had separation anxiety. Also, I was a first time parent. I knew the school I picked for him had to be loving, play based, and a place where I could fully trust the teachers. I found that in Holy Cross. The teachers are amazing and the classroom environment is wonderful. The director (Miss Chris) is always up on the latest research and implements it in the classroom. When my son needed help (at drop offs, transitions, developmental issues) Miss Chris and the teachers were wonderful and helped us get through these tough situations. My son is now in elementary school and thriving. I feel this is due in large part to Holy Cross Preschool.

I have had two of my daughters at Holy Cross Preschool and they absolutely LOVED being there. The teachers as so nice and the kids love them! I have never had a negative experience while we were there for 3 years. It has is a great learning environment and I highly recommend this preschool others.

I feel so lucky to have found Holy Cross Preschool. My son had attended a different preschool (Chinese immersion) where he was very unhappy due to the very academic and didactic approach of the teachers there. He needed a more nurturing environment where he could explore, use his creativity, and learn to play with friends. We had to pull him out of the Chinese preschool mid-year. Holy Cross Preschool under Miss Chris's leadership came highly recommended to us by local Elementary School teacher. She reached out to Miss Chris, and we were so happy she enrolled my son. My son completely turned around and thrived in her classroom setting, and we are so grateful. Miss Chris and her staff were also very careful around managing food allergies. One day, my son brought in food with an allergen (accidentally put in his lunch box by grandma), and the teachers were able to catch it. Thank you Holy Cross for keeping my son safe!
