Holly Brook Montessori School

We have been so happy with our time at Holly Brook. Our daughter started at age 3 and is now going into Kindergarten here. We have been in class with Ms. Lillian, along with her two wonderful aides. We can’t say enough wonderful things about how caring everyone is. Our daughter has thrived here and she loves going every day. Ms. Lillian comes up with some many wonderful activities for them from baking, a Christmas market, cooking, making jewellery and she really encourages parents participation if we want to go in and present something. Parents come present about their family culture and holidays, it’s very diverse. On top of that they are learning to read and do math. We are very happy with the program and love the concerts and performances! Definitely recommend Holly Brook and wish it went through elementary school!

This is a great school with truly awesome teachers and admin staffs. The school has three classrooms, all with Montessori trained, tenured teachers. The teachers have stayed here forever and we had a great school community. Even the assistant teachers are all tenured teachers which is very rare for pre-schools and day cares. My son attended Ms. Lillian's class and he has grown so much with his three years here. They have a solid Kindergarten class every year for people who choose to stay for the full 3-year Montessori experience. They offer both half-day and full-day options which provides a lot of flexibility to working parents. They also have summer camps so that you can have some continuity in your routines. The tuition is also very competitive compared to some other options in this area. I highly recommend this place!

We were part of the Holly Brook family for 6 years, we loved every minute of it. Our boys learned so many useful skills from math, reading, independence, and public speaking that set them up for success. One of the reasons we picked the school was due to how well they welcome international families and how open they are to learn about other cultures and traditions and incorporate them into their curriculum. Holly brook's emphasis on math concepts is great, the way they teach the kids math resonates and stays with the children. A lot of the kids who graduated from Holly brook ended up doing Advanced Math in their elementary schools mainly because they had a strong base and understanding of the concepts.

My experience with HollyBrook was wonderful. They were great at communicating with my little one and me all the time. The staff were all professional, welcoming, and work with enthusiasm. Management and staff treated us like family. They offered a well-organized environment, individualized instruction and work for each kid every day aligned with each kid’s developmental stage. It was incredible they always encouraged kids to develop themselves at their own pace. Along with the day-to-day activities, they did some fun and educational activities and events around holidays. The kids had wonderful opportunities to learn about various cultures and enhance the concept of diversity by joining these activities. They also have a nice playground and a big yard so that kids can enjoy nature. It was the best decision to send my kid to this school.
