I can’t say enough about Holli-Hills! My daughter has been coming here for 4 years and my son since he was 3 months old. There isn’t any doubt in my mind this place cares for and loves all of their children! Holli-Hills is one of the better priced facilities in the area, and the staff/teachers truly go above and beyond. My kids love coming to school, they’ve learned so much since starting. When my four year old started asking to pray before dinner, it warmed my heart so much! The daycare is clean, safe, and they do so much to prepare the kids for school. The director Stefany is incredible and has fantastic communication, she really works to solve problems and is so caring! I recommend Holli-Hills Creative Child Care if you’re looking for a memorable, loving, and trustworthy daycare for your children!

My daughter went here for a few years. It was nice at first, we really liked her teachers. Then the teacher we really liked left and was not informed on the switch, which irritated me. I would come to pick her up and she would have a different teacher every day for a few months. My daughter was very confused as each person had a different method of discipline and teaching. She would also come home with bruises on her legs which i never thought anything of at first, my kid is clumsy and plays rough due to older boy cousins. However she started coming home with thumb print size bruises on her back and ribs. No incident reports were provided. They would no longer let her bring a blanket because other kids parents would not take their's home and wash them and they would wreak of cigarettes. (that is more of a reflection on the parents than the school) The director is very difficult to talk to and very stubborn. To be frank, she is rude to the parents. (I have had co-workers who have had the same problem with her) in the afternoon it smelled like nothing but dirty diapers. The amount of kids in the 3-4 years is a lot and I always see a kid push, bite, hit ect another kid and the teach is oblivious because there are just too man kids to watch. I would not recommend this place as a nice sturdy environment for your child.

I do not recommend this childcare facility to anyone. My friend recently had her child thrown out because she was being vocal and raised her concerns to the staff. Her child had been repeatedly bitten at least 8 times . No mother, parent, or guardian should feel the frustration of having to feel like they are not being herd when they raised concerns on behalf of what's going on in their child's classroom. The child that is a repeated bitter should be the one thrown out of this facility. When we put our children in childcare or are supposed to feel they have a voice threw these childcare /teachers. And when they cannot fend for themselves because they are to small it's up to us as parents to stand up and speak. Speak out and defend them because that's what we do as parents. Unless your one of those mothers when really just doesn't care and let's anything go by. On To top of that we are the ones paying you good money to take our children to be in your care. We expect nothing from the best in Avery aspect and if you can't do that you shouldn't be working in childcare. That being said, please if your a mother like my friend or myself do not put your you trust in this facility along with this facalty.

They have taken care of our children for the past five years and have been nothing short of amazing! Our children have loved the center and each of their teachers throughout the years. The staff is friendly and involved. Our family will forever be thankful 🥹❤️ Thank you to Ms. Stefany and her team!

I have heard so many bad things about this daycare. When a parent drop their kids off to a day care that means they trust them on taking care of their kids not leaving them in dirty diapers or having a child get hurt repeatedly. When a parent brings the attention or the wrongs that has happened while they were in the daycare care don’t just push them away or tell them their is the door if they do not like it. That is not the way things should be run. Just because a parent comes up to the director and tell them how you feel don’t kick their child out of day care. You need take into consideration that the way you are running your daycare is wrong and I hope you open your eyes and realize that parents are trusting with watching their kids these ain’t animals or adults that can’t speak for themselves so their parents are their kids voice.
