ive been going here for about 5 years now for the loft program and ive always been treated very well. ive had probably 6 different counselors over the years and they've all been nice , knowledgeable , and compassionate towards me. there have been a few times where my meds were unable to be filled on time which caused issues but overall this place saved my life and changed it 4 the better 100%. thank you highland !! ❤️
I have been going here for 11 years. And I have had trouble getting in touch with the nurse. She has no respect and does not want to return calls. I have had trouble getting my medicine refilled and they do not know how to treat people there they act like you’re crazier than you are, I probably have a higher GPA than they do. I have to go there because I don’t like changing. I love my therapist. She is awesome but somethings Gotta give I think they’re there. For the money, they have no respect for the patients
Forcing pointless services on you to get money. If you don't jump thru their hoops, they won't let you get your meds or see the doc.
Terrible place, dishonest and treat patients like numbers with no respect because they're either burnt out or not meant for the job. I called for help but got denied because I was voluntary, well I was told they were temporarily closed first, then quickly called them out on that lie cause I had spoke to a different person first but they didn't know that, it's a revolving door, corrupt money making machine at expense of quality mental health care. They probably have a depraved little cake and ice cream every time a patient kills themselves on their watch, it's a sick broken system
I was forced to go to highland rivers. They serve tasty food. They have good movies to watch and great books to read. I wish they had some flip flops for these patients. Patients be walking around with the clothes they came in and it gets uncomfortable if you get your bra taken away due to the metal wires inside of the bra. I had such a terrible experience at Highland Rivera that I never want to kill myself again. I wish they had more compassion for their patients and I wish the staff got paid more for the work they do.
