The teachers do not communicate well with each other when pickup/drop off plans deviate from the normal routine. Due to the lack of communication between each other, they cause issues for the children and their families. Threats of calling DCS due to a late pickup (we are talking 10 minutes late by the way) because of a family emergency were not appreciated. The lack of respect for the parents and other family members who help with the care of the children is not appropriate. Very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.
