Good placement . Great housing . Residents here are just ungrateful . Wish they can be kicked out . This building is safe , packages are safe ! Gym is wonderful and laundry room is decent . Great apartments

This building is nothing but a remodeled shelter. Your company has to sign in and show ID. Security ask if they are leaving for the night. Not to mention the embarrassing gigantic “help one” sign in the front. Must everyone know this is a help one building and why? Whats the point of that sign?!? What’s the point of putting this building in housing connect?!? Do not accept this offer to this building. This is damn near a shelter that you can have company. The building looks beautiful… except for the sign in the front. Now everyone knows tenants business. Embarrassing!!!!

Very dreary feel at this location. Need sprucing up and better upkeep of grounds. Director was kind but in need of better follow-up of drop off donations. Staff was very helful and willing to try to seek and answer concerns. Thanks for your efforts all that helped.

Was there for 2 months in 2007 and it was to to small for a family of 4. Its was disgusting. O and let's not talk about the rat and mice infestation. All you hear was the rats and mice at night running around. Its 2019 now I hope things have changed for the better

Been here over a month.. Good services for homeless families in need of housing opportunities. Not everyone in shelters are terrible and taking advantage of the tax dollars. Sometimes unfortunate things happen and we turn to look for help. That's why Help 1 is here for us.
