Heaven'S Little Angels Child Care & Preschool

I enrolled my twins in daycare here and they started on Tuesday. Only for them to text me an half hour of them being there and tell me I had to come back and pick them up because they needed medical papers from 2 separate Drs. Wednesday I got the paper from the Dr for their helmets. I had to set an appointment for the rice in their bottles. Thursday came and I picked up my kids at 6 just for her to text me after I left and tell me unfortunately the twins aren’t adapting well in our classroom. ITS ONLY BEEN 2 days since they started. She said Friday she will take them so they didn’t leave me stuck without a baby sitter. Friday came and I had the twins drs appointments to get the paper with their rice in their bottles. Got the paper , dropped them off and when I picked them up they still kicked them out of daycare! I was left with 2 days to find them a daycare. When I took them to their Dr and explained what the daycare said and done. She told me it sounds like they are nothing but problems anyways and it doesn’t sound like a good fit for them and they’re Dr gave me a good daycare to take them too. They start next Monday and been good so far! So very thankful for their Dr cause I only had a week before I started my school for dental assistant and they’re Dr helped me with just that 💪🏼 needless to say , these people are careless and don’t care 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not WORTH ANY OF IT. After the first day of them being their (which was Wednesday), they should of told me then that it’s not a good fit! Not wait till the weekend and 2 days before I started school to tell me So I could of Atleast figured it out!! Friday was their last day here so I went and I got them enrolled in at another daycare that the Dr gave me! This week I am stuck finding someone to keep them until they can start daycare next Monday! Being a church daycare and unprofessional is diabolical.. The infant teacher obviously can’t handle more than 2 kids in the room smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

As a dad, trusting someone else with your child isn’t easy, but this daycare made that decision feel right from day one. The staff are professional, caring, and clearly take pride in what they do. I see how excited my child is to go every morning, and that says more than anything I could write. The environment is safe, clean, and well-organized, and the teachers actually take the time to connect with both the kids and the parents. Communication is solid, routines are consistent, and it’s obvious they focus on real development—not just babysitting. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child, and I recommend this daycare without hesitation.

Absolutely love the center, the admin and staff. They have accommodated both my children, one who happens to be special needs. They have went above me beyond for him and also the curriculum they teach has helped my youngest son transition so successfully into austintown fitch. I couldn’t have picked a better daycare for my kids and i absolutely love how they work with my schedule!

I have known several families who have had their children attend this Daycare and have appreciated the care that they have received. They have a creative staff and offer alot of fun activities throughout the year.

Miss. Kaniyah does an amazing job with the children in her care. I was never comfortable with daycares until now. Heaven's Little Angels Child Care is highly recommended. Thank you
