My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 3! I’ve seen the daycare undergo so many changes in the last 5 years but it always made the service and environment of the daycare an even greater experience with each change! Heavenly Kids really caters to the child and parent and makes sure that each child is cared for as if they are family! The communication is beyond amazing and overall they have helped make the last 5 years of my life easy and worry free! I can’t imagine my child being anywhere else!
This is by far the worst daycare center in Cleveland they are unprofessional and need to be shut down, you are better off sending your kids to the zoo to be looked after while you are at work they are much safer. They let the kids do whatever they want whenever they want, they leave all the kids in the center in 1 room towards the end of the day it’s zero real employees that work there everyone who works there is family. The kids learn absolutely nothing the owner is very disrespectful to the little help that comes in through the agencies and is hardly ever present for the kids. They also have cameras that don’t work but they fake monitor everything so they say. Send your kid literally anywhere else
The reason I gave this a one star is that kid are super crazy in one little room and the teachers barley do anything they just be on their phone or talking and some times said be quiet or calm down. Super bad don’t come here most five stars are fake. I would not recommend this daycare to my worse enemy! The staff are rude and nasty, the school age children are in one big room with all age groups not learning, arguing and fighting all the time. This is a family owned and operated facility which I thought would be great but in all reality it’s not. They claim to have cameras but multiple incidents have occurred and when asked to see cameras of these incidents I was informed that the owner has access and will be in contact with me and you never hear anything else about it! DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS DAYCARE!!!!!
It's unfortunate that the owner deals with some very challenging parents, some who have to be chased down to pick up their children... Anyway, there is a good summer camp and regaining step up to quality rating! Love the infant and toddler rooms! Generous owner who is really thoughtful even dealing some parents who take advantage of her kindness. She replaces staff who are not in it for the kids. **Broadway Avenue in Maple Hts. and Lee Road in Cleveland locations ONLY.
