I've been a patient for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. From the front desk( the girls are very polite and helpful, to my PCP Dr. Franz does a fantastic job, to the PA's are great as well to Dr. wetzel he is so professional and super nice and is really on top of my overall care. I'm overall doing much better since starting here.
When they do the urine test they just sit down by multiple test so they could be mixing up people's urine The mouth swabs something and they don't put it in a bag in front of you after you do it so that could be mixing up people's urine or their mouth swabs and people's get kicked off of their stuff because of this
I have been a patient of Health First for many many years. They are very professional caring sweet kind very awesome people. From the front desk to the doctors to physical therapy to the people beind the scene (like billing n insurance) they are all very awesome. When I go to appointments I feel at home there. They go above and beyond to help you feel better and get answer to questions you may have. When I have a concern about my health they will listen and get me the answers I need and do it without a complaint. They are like my second family. I would highly recommend Health First to anyone
Dr. Wentzel was super - always was doubtful about Chiropractic procedures. Not any More. Took care / was careful I feel really good (lower back problems)
I have come to health First since 1991, I would not go anywhere else. The staff is very good and caring. Dr Wetzel and Sarah are special people
