While I haven't gone to a Sunday service, I did go here for Food assistance through the Food bank. I've gone their 3 times and had to give a review simply because of how nice everyone is there. All who I have been in contact with through this ministry is so loving and warm. They just have a true love of God and that is why I had to post a review. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I have never seen anyone of color or different nationality other than "white" people there. I come from a mixed family and always make a point to be a part of ALL communities from all kinds of backgrounds. Other than that, the people at Haygood United Methodist are awesome! Beautiful folks there! Thank you so much for your help, love, and care!
I haven't been to a service here, however they are big on public outreach. They have a food bank (haven't been so idk what they offer) and a kids clothing exchange (have participated and had good experiences). I can really appreciate a church that takes care of its community and it is apparent that HUMC does that.
Wonderful church. Modern service at 930 with great music. Pastor is great, definitely doesn't shove the word down your throat but still gives an impactful sermon. Members are a great church family!
Very welcoming church! Pastor Tammy does an awesome job! We only get to go when visiting our kids there but we always make sure to attend service.
