I'm a long time member of Hatcher. The people are welcoming, generous, and kind. Everyone has a place here whether you have had a relationship with Jesus your whole life or you just need a place to seek the answers to the questions in your heart. The people here believe ministering isn't just preaching from the pulpit. Its talking to people one on one, on their own terms. Relating to them. So please come as you are and let us show you what Jesus is doing in our lives and what he can do in yours.
I have been attending this church for over 60 years. I was baptized here, married here and my children were baptized here as well... So it certainly holds a special place in my heart. You will find the congregation to be very welcoming, very friendly, very caring and very generous. We have Bible study groups on Sundays and Wednesdays as well as a number of mission and outreach activities you can be involved in. We would love to have you visit with us anytime!!
Friendliest people and wonderful pastor Terry Sharpe. Lots of fun activities and food is always fabulous at all get together. The church is well established and 2022 celebrated its 100th anniversary. Fantastic choir even though they are small. Music is lovely as is the church itself. Looking to increase our numbers we'd love to welcome you and your families! Wonderful children's activities. This place is huge! They have a lot of twelve step meetings here, as well as the classes for McShin. I haven't been to a service, so I can't speak to that part of the church. I can say that the meetings here are hit and miss. There are a lot of people who don't seem to take them too seriously...but I could be wrong. This is just one person's opinion, and if they help someone then that's really the point. Try it for yourself and see.
